AVOID THESEMYnails cost £50 the top coat chipped and bubbled the next day and I'm going the hospital as my index finger looks infected!! I have messaged the on there chat but got nothing back. To say I'm not happy is a total understatement never had this problem before.The way in which you treated me when I came in and got my nails removed due to the damage your! Terrible, booked appointment for 10am waited for nearly an hour at which time I had to leave without having my nails done as I had another appointment. I had allowed 1 1/2 hours for this which should have been ample. If you are unable to give an appointment time and keep to it you need to inform customers.

It is OK. Great choice of services, but more of a production line compared my usual lady. But if you want to just walk in and get what you need, without much planning, then it is perfect. Or if she is on holiday and you need a repair!!

Nipped in after work to get my nails done as a treat for myself. I was greeted, asked what I needed then directed to a table. Can't fault the service or the staff. I will definitely be nipping in again when my nails grow out for an infil and also a new set when I fancy a change :)

Booked my daughter in to have her nails done, got her vouchers after asking them how much a full set of nails were. Was told £30 so I got her two sessions worth. She went to get hers done and they charged her £50 for one full set. Even though at the start they priced her £30 too. She?s 15 and felt intimidated to say anything. Unbelievable. I?ll be letting trading standards know.Added 18/01/22 - in response, what an unprofessional response, she was quoted £35 and on payment they took £50. There was no price list available and so she felt unable to challenge the person. And a student discount? Where was this advertised? And why mention it if you offer it but don?t tell your customers. Are you intentionally trying to mislead the public? So now she?s left with £25 vouchers. Awful experience that I wouldn?t recommend. Not when there?s better places in the area.

I only go here when my usual nail tech is unavailable. This last time I went, a young gentleman did my nails. It said on Google they were open until 6:30. I walked in at 5:30. It was dead. There were 2 male nail techs sat at the nail tables who looked at me in disgust and proceeded to speak to each other in Chinese. I asked if I was correct in thinking they were open until 6:30? One of the men said yes, sit down please. It was clear they were hoping nobody would come in, I get it, I've worked in busy places and have hoped nobody comes in towards the end of my shift so I could have an easy finish. I wanted an acrylic infill which is a service they provide. I was asked to choose a colour etc. The man proceeded to use an electric file to take off the top layer of gel polish. He handled me very roughly and slipped with the drill which cut my thumb. I think he was looking at his phone. He said nothing. No apology, didn't ask if I was okay, nothing. I didn't know what to say or do. I'm very introverted and have serious anxiety issues and just froze in amazement. He finished my nails and I paid and left. When I got home I noticed my nails were very mis-shaped and the acrylic was very thick. They were terrible. Next time my nail tech is unavailable I'll just wait. I won't be going back to Art Nails Nantwich again.

Don't ever come here!!! Plain rude and very expensive and just a awful service in general..I tried to get advice of them after as I left very unhappy and getting abuse now on Facebook messages! The man doing my nails was very rude and was losing patience because he kept smudging nails and saying it was me it most certainly wasn't but they ate still saying I'm.at fault the most stressful experience not worth the time! Very rude to customers and over priced. I felt embarrassed in front of other customers after the lady doing my nails spoke to me like a child. Not the nice relaxing experience I was hoping for.
