Where to start. First review for this place, but multiple experiences over the last year. Was sold a faulty ring camera. When I returned it, I was given a used second hand one that was still registered to someone else. A lot of time and petrol wasted keep back and forth, as I don?t live local.
Brought a silver ring, liked it for a while. Decided to treat myself as it went on sale, returned it 2 days later as it had started to tarnish and turn yellow. (I had brought other rings at same time, they were fine) man serving me was very rude. I opened my iPad to bring up email with receipt and the man said he can?t take ring back with my bank details in quite a nasty manner. Bank details? Cant take return?? He didn?t even give my a chance to open my email and then failed to apologise when I showed receipt. He proceeded to call over his colleague and start querying weather he would let me return it, causing a big scene for everyone. Why? I don?t know. Eventually he gave me a refund.
Recent visit, I had brought my 15 year old a new PS5 game for helping me out as I?m disabled. Age rated 12. Because I?m disabled and having a painful day, I drove him there to collect it. They wouldn?t give it to him, kept asking his age and then said he can?t have it as he?s under 25. 25??. For an age rated 12 game. Why keep asking his age if you wasn?t going to give it to him anyway? He came and got me, the women still kept asking my son his age even though I was right there, like she thought he was lying or something? Then proceeded to tell me that my son wasn?t allowed to carry his game in the shop or to the car, I had too. Even though I had a walking stick in one had and my belongings in the other. I was expected to grow another hand. What a performance and how horrible for my son. Argos staff (well at least at Nantwich) need to learn to acknowledge young carers and not treat them like silly little children.
I could go on with more?..
Think we will drive further and take my business elsewhere in future, as I?ve never experienced such a poor excuse for customer service. It?s obvious it won?t change as it repeatedly happens.

After a difficult return, difference in policy and consumer rights, can I just say that Stellar and Rachael on the front counter are both fabulous, nothing was too much trouble for them and they made the process smooth and seamless, they are a credit to the branch and to Argos itself. Well done ladies.

Having an issue with an order that should have arrived but hadn?t. Went in the store to collect another order and ask about this one. The young guy working did not care all, didn?t even take my order number to look into it just said ?I don?t know? and stared at my blankly. I tried to show him my app and my order number and he just said ?yeah? and proceeded to ignore the issue. Didn?t try and help at all and sent me over the iPad to order another in another colour. You staff need to work on some basic customer service skills!!!!!

Very poor experience.
Shocking "manager" Stuart repeating same words like robot after verbal complain. Argos must pay more intention for people on this roles. The worst experience for last 17 years. Hopefully one of the ladies will take over soon.

I purchased a small fridge on Christmas Eve. Stuart dealt with my purchase, he was absolutely brilliant. He wheeled it to the car and helped put it in the boot. Customer service above and beyond.

Bought an item as a gift, it arrived plastered with argos' admin stickers that are impossible to remove. Such a shame.Other than that seems a usual good store, items, prices, staff etc. Just wish they valued the items they sell too.

Our Ebay parcel said delivered but didn't have a code to be picked up so I rang Argos and explained the situation the lady on the phone was politeand helpful sorting the problem out immediately. Very good customer service.
