Staff are friendly and helpful. Prices vary, but on the whole, they are value for money. Sometimes they have good none food offers, so always worth having a look.

Not a large variety of products and prices are comparable to other supermarkets. But the customer service is appalling. Went to till number 3, which appeared open, and a female blonde till assistant shouted rudely that she was closed (arms waving). A moment later, it was announced on the speaker that till number 3 was open. The moment I went back to the till and she saw me it was closed. So, I went back into the other line, and then a moment later, it was announced till number 3 was open again. It appears that tills can be open and closed so that a till assistant can pick and choose who they serve - perhaps based on appearance... I don't know the till assistant, so why did she refuse to serve me? Won't be going back and will stick to online shopping where this kind of treatment can't happen.
