Really happy from beginning to end, great choice of vinyl flooring, very well advised, home visit very rapidly organised to get the ball rolling and got an immediate fitting date. Fitter just left and I couldn't be happier. It's exactly the flooring I wanted plus the fitter managed no problems, at all around my various kitchen appliances and did a very neat and professional job..... plus super friendly. Well done Carpet Unit would definitely recommend.

Think very carefully before using this firm- carpets ok, fitted quickly BUT damage to wooden floor in lounge & drips of glue on wall & floor! This was inspected by company and put forward that the fitter needed to view but ill health would delay this. No response to my further requests by email and letter for remedial work or for their insurance company to contact and assess or pass on the details to contact directly. Being ignored makes me question if they are insured? All that I have asked is to make good the damage, no more. This will now have to be dealt with through the small claims court - what a shame.Customer care needs addressing.
