Incredible service. I called to check if my prescription was in stock. I was told yes and that it would be ready in 20 minutes.
By the time I got there it was ready so that I was in and out in minutes.

Absolutely horrible and rude staff, especially the gentleman. Staff supposed to help you and recommend the product and explain how to use it and etc. They are absolutely unprofessional and don?t know what are they selling. It?s such a shame as is next to the medical centre so staff should know better.

It was chaos when I came in to collect my script. No one could find it, then I got various answers from different members of staff. I waited and waited only to be told it was out of stock. After 20 minutes! The queue was out of the door too. Since the branch on Wheelock St closed, I was under the impression that the Oaklands branch would be refitted to accommodate all the extra custom. It doesn?t actually look much different. Behind the counter looks like a disorganised mess. Bags everywhere with no one knowing where anyone?s order is. I have very rarely witnessed the staff finding anyone?s prescription order first time. Sadly there is no other option locally, but I will need to find a more customer friendly and efficient pharmacy. These experiences make a trip to the pharmacy full of dread and anxiety. Collecting meds has never been so stressful. My pharmacy experience really should not be like this. It?s appalling.

Shocking. Yet again mislaid part of my prescription, no apology, no anything. Thank goodness the GP know what they are doing so as prescriptions can be traced. If only there was elsewhere to go in Middlewich I reckon most would go!

After having a nightmare with my GP surgery in Tamworth getting an emergency prescription sent over the staff at Rowlands were absolutely amazing. So helpful at a very stressful time. I just wanted to share my appreciation.
