Was just in the shop. 28th April 2021 @ 15:00. Stood waiting to speak to someone or some kind of service. There were staff in the office with the door wide open. All 3 of them couldn't be bothered to come out and give us service so they have now lost out on a big project ??. Maybe focus more on your customers and not keep them waiting while you have a conversation.

Worst shop I have ever dealt with, no stock available, Garry the assist was very hard to deal with, said he would call be back with a price and didn't call back.. he was very unhelpful. The delivery of goods didn't arrive..shocking service. Don't waste your time, go elsewhere.

I've arrived here in a large truck. Lucky yard was quiet. Service is a little slow. Stock is also limited as they are the smaller providers around.

Absolutely shocking my customer Barry from middlewich who am working for has bought wrong materials I returned them and he told me ask for a guy called Chris who who would sort it out asked reception for Chris who was there after seeing him before arguing with a customer before me I took two minds too speak to him i asked for parts he could not advise me on plumbing parts what was blatingley behind him what I asked to see he wouldn't show me because he couldn't admit he didn't no what he was doing! advise and stay away spoke to manager outside they were lovely just reception if it was me ad throw him in canal next to middlewich losing business I will never return there again !!!
