A lovely building in a great position. Staff very friendly and the pub itself had a good feel to it. Food in the evening was good. A few negatives though. Our room was lovely on ground floor of the headmasters house. No TV but that not an issue, however the bedside lamps were so dim, wasn't able to read as an alternative.... read full comment

Went for the overnight stay with gin tasting ? great experience, rooms were lovely and clean, food was very nice ans staff were great, would highly recommend.

Turned up for a car club night...So it was very busy....Not much fish in the fish pie with nothing on the side !.. Sons's steak and kidney pie looked good though..Helpful staff
