Ordered a pair of DeNiro boots on 23rd March, understanding these take 6-8 weeks as they are made to measure in Italy.We are now at 11 weeks tomorrow and still no sign of my boots, this in itself isn't the end of the World however, it's the customer focus and experience for me that defines whether or not I choose to give my money to one business or another. In this instance I have had a very poor experience, having to chase Edgemere weekly to find out what's happening, the team I speak to are absolutely lovely but make commitments that they simply don't follow through with ie I'll call you back tomorrow, I'll chase the manufacturer now and call you back in ten minutes, we'll keep you updated weekly........None of these commitments are delivered which results in frustration and me having to pick the phone up again to find out what's happening.I appreciate much of this has been out of their control as it's delays caused at customs, however what is within their control and gift is to proactively keep me updated which has just not happened, nor has any acknowledgement of the poor service delivered by Edgemere.I have assurances that the boots are due with them today, will be checked and sent to me on next day delivery so should be with me by tomorrow and that I will be called later today to let me know if they have/haven't been posted, we will see.So in summary, lovely team, great products, not so great when things go wrong.

We were a little disappointed. We travelled a good distance to take a look and would of bought a trailer. I know there was a local show where some staff were,we think on a trade stand. We didn't want to buy new and was made to feel we were a hindrance and so left without a trailer. Luckily we managed to buy one from elsewhere that day.

Everyone can run in to problems. It's how you handle them that defines you.Ordered a pair of boots for my wife at the beginning of May (2 public holidays). After about a week, having not had any notifications about the order, I emailed customer service and received a response from Tom about an hour later. He apologised for the delay (technically it was still within the 3-5 days quoted) and looked in to the order for me. It transpired that the boots were out of stock, and although stock was expected in a couple of days, I was offered an "in stock" alternative at no extra cost. I accepted and these arrived the next day.Very happy with the level of customer service from this company. Its nice to be able to talk to someone and have them take ownership of the problem and get it resolved.Will definitely use this company again.And thanks Tom!

Very disappointed.They advertise items and take your money that they do not have in stock. Waited 2 weeks and no update and will now not have my item for my weekend away. Have requested refund.

Edgemere have provided me with a great service. I?ve ordered a total of 3 pairs of riding boots and refunded as well, and they have been so efficient and offered great advice. The timeframe in which they responded to emails was so quick and I even had a phone call to offer more advice. I really can?t fault their service. And their prices are competitive too. Totally disappointed by this company as l made a mistake when placing my first order. Subsequently losing my 10% discount which they refused to refund!! Cannot believe it!!! So a warning to others they cannot / would not reimburse me. They claim customers are important to them! I would never deal with them again

Really great choice of everything you need for horses/riders/dogs (and a lot of fab stuff that you didn?t know you needed but now can?t do without!). Super knowledgeable and friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble!

I have been going to Edgemere for all my equestrian items for a few years now, and I always receive 5* customer service. Nothing is too much trouble for the team at Edgemere and the shop is always immaculate.The whole team is very knowledgeable about their products and know everything there is to know. They help give advice and they always point me in the right direction when I am unsure of what to get.They always have fantastic online and in-store offers on. The online website is the best equestrian retail website I have found. They are brilliant at keeping stock up to date, and if a product isn't in stock they can tell you precisely when it will be in stock.Tom manages the shop brilliantly, helping in any way he can. From professionally fitting hats and boots to helping me find the right product.Thank you very much to the whole Edgemere team!

Great customer service, the team are lovely and very helpful. Molly assisted me with a boot fitting and showed me many styles of boots . The shop is lovely, i will definitely come back!
