If I could leave zero stars, I would. One of Well Pharmacy?s drivers crashed into my car while trying to dangerously overtake. This wasn?t a minor mistake ? it was reckless, idiotic driving that put my life and others at risk.
Instead of showing any professionalism or concern, their driver?s behaviour made it clear that safety and responsibility mean nothing to this company. If this is how their staff drive on public roads, I dread to think how they handle people?s prescriptions.
Well Pharmacy should be ashamed of employing drivers who treat the roads like racetracks. My advice: avoid them entirely. If they can?t even trust their drivers not to crash into people, how can anyone trust them with their health?

Bad customer service.
Arrived for an appointment - waited for 5 minutes whilst a pharmacist was on the phone (not a problem with this, as these things happen)
HOWEVER when the 2nd pharmacist arrived and told me they didn't have the injection I had booked (despite reminding me to arrive on time 2 days earlier) - BAD customer service. No cancellation call by them, I arrived in good faith having taken time from work.
Will not use again and would avoid at all costs (the previous occasion I attended for a jab, the conversation that was 'confidential' could be heard in the main pharmacy

Absolutely shocking. Always some sort of issue when I go in. It?s never been a simple collection! Service is beyond slow, bordering on rude. My prescription is never ready for collection and you?ll be lucky if they?ve actually got what you came in for. 10 minutes to locate a prescription and then surprise surprise, it?s not been sorted. It?s like nobody knows what day of the week it is let alone anything else. AVOID

Shockingly slow service. To the point of being quite rude. Failure to get prescription on time, then failure to show basic courtesy.

Just turned up for my flu jab appointment at Well and you are CLOSED even though you sent me a reminder yesterday. I've had no notification that my appointment was cancelled, absolutely disgusting! I should charge you for cancelling, just like your reminder threatens me. Have you even rearranged my jab or am I now at the back of the queue? Your customer service is shockingly bad ? 0/10.

Absolute joke. 4 times in a row they have not ordered my heart and diabetes medication correctly and even gave me stuff I hadn't ordered for 12 month or more. Shameful incompetent service by the inadequately trained staff
