Patrick today helped me fix a sim problem that 20 different calls couldn't help with, the calls to 191 had multiple people hanging up or not helping, this was more than frustrating. He fixed it in 3 minutes. The international call centres need addressing as they simply hang up if they don't know what they are doing.

PADDY at macclesfield store was brilliant yesterday in sorting my upgrade after having an absolute nightmare with the online system and talking to various people on 191 since Thursday. Went into store and it was all sorted and done in 30 minutes leaving with a new phone .THANKS AGAIN PADDY I will definitely come into store for any more upgrades on my accounts .

After standing waiting for 40 minutes for service, I was repeatedly humiliated and insulted in the packed store by the loud, condescending, and downright rude "assistant" Paddy. He virtually accused me of lying and practically called me stupid. I believe he was the [acting] manager too! No hope. Will never go back, will go elsewhere. Shame on you, Vodafone.
