I went for a short notice appointment due to sudden onset visual disturbance. Every member of staff was excellent. Superb customer service from the whole team. Felt reassured, supported and well informed. Had amazing help to choose new glasses and cannot fault anything during my visit. Staff at this branch are an absolute credit to the company.
