Not my experience Gigi Latham. The Toolstation Macclesfield Branch Manager Ashley and the staff are exceptional, in providing advice and support. My typical spend is significant each month so I take exception to your misrepresentation of the service this branch provides. I do not normally name individuals when writing reviews but as you specifically mentioned Ashley I feel it is only right to name you. Sounds to me like you have a grudge!

I have been to many many Toolstation as well as the alternatives but I can honestly say this one stands out for the friendliness of the staff?feels like I have known them for over 30 years with how well I was treated during my visit?nothing was too much trouble and their staff were very insightful when I asked questions?two words?will be back.

I had to visit the store this morning to exchange an item and the staff were utterly professional. Ashley was so friendly and super helpful and will definitely make us use Tool station again! Thank you for such a lovely experience!! ?
