Probably the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. I am new to the area and don?t know the store very well I asked very reasonable question of a lady and her attitude was terrible just pointed and said over there look , which I thought was very unreasonable needless to say, I think I might be going to Sainsburys instead in future they maybe have a bit of better attitude towards customers

Everything moved and signs telling you where they moved to - perhaps it would make more sense to leave things where they were and save themselves the effort. Just a suggestion

I walked inside and I was followed straight away from one off the staff it looked like they thought I was going to steal something standing next to me very close but didn?t say anything I agree the shop needs to prevent people stealing but not to discriminate others it felt very uncomfortable experience

Just an update small tescos has opened its toilets finally...Tescos is Tesco not much to say apart from closing the toilets is a joke, sorry all because they get misused now people like me that rely on toilets due to medical reasons but it does not stop the staff from using them.
