I had a very disappointing experience at this pharmacy. I came in looking for help and advice, but the staff were extremely unhelpful and rude. They seemed annoyed by any questions I asked and made me feel like a burden rather than a customer.
There was no empathy, no willingness to listen, and absolutely no effort to provide proper guidance. It felt like they just wanted me out of the store as quickly as possible. I left feeling frustrated and upset.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of other pharmacies with kinder, more professional staff who actually care about their customers.

Staff helpful and always no complications. A lot of people very rude to the staff I?ve noticed on many visits. Expecting the world and not being able to follow simple instructions. I don?t think people realise this is an overstretched NHS service not privately run by Tesco.

The male pharmacist didn?t even speak with me in the consultation room, he was completely dismissive, even though my GP had instructed me to go to a pharmacist for help. He was abrupt and fobbed me off. The same day I went and spoke to a lovely lady at Boots pharmacy who sorted me out with antibiotics (even though the male pharmacist at Tesco said he couldn?t give me any). Won?t be going to this Tesco pharmacy again!

Pharmacist kept us waiting for 15 minutes and then she couldn?t help us. Wish she?d told us before we wasted time waiting. She was rude and clearly couldn?t be bothered to see people who were actually in need of assistance.

The way the staff talk to you is disgusting! If you haven?t received the almighty text message then just forget it.. it is literally ?computer says no?
Then to be told it may be up to 2 days before you get your medication as there are 6000 customers.. despite the fact I was the only one at the till (I get what they?re saying but they?re not service all 6000 at the same time)
Then when asked for the complaints process, the lady screwed her face up and said ?wot you on about?
Honestly a bunch of jobsworths.. you work in a pharmacy, you?re not Doctors!

Went to ask advice on tonsillitis, I was seen and examined straight away, and given a prescription in less than 10 minutes! fantastic service from very kind staff.

The staff are very friendly and always willing to help. If you have any questions about medication they always explain things well. They even called me to see how I was getting on with my prescription which was very nice especially with the covid pandemic, it's always nice to know that the staff care about the patients. The pharmacists Always make me feel at ease. No problems at all 100% Thanks Tesco pharmacy.
