Bought a ? new ? Dell inspirion from this bunch - who have to say have felt with fir at lest 14 yrs - charged me £599 for the laptop and £250 for ? transferring data? from old MB machine - suffice to say less than 2 em wks in major Trojan horse virus infection on hard drive can?t get rid of it - had to have hard drive removed and reinstated with new Harddrive - NOT repeat NOT a new machine either an already infected machine or a machine interested so you have to take it back giving the scammers more business - Daryl has excelled himself in fleecing me for £850 for a machine which is substandard not new and would never ever cross his threshold again - charlatan !

I had initially left my computer for repair and there was a bit of a misunderstanding at first, but the team quickly resolved everything in a professional and efficient way. They provided excellent service and made sure I was satisfied with the outcome. Had great email communication with Darrell when trying to sort out a new battery for my son's Iphone.
Dropped phone in first thing and collected after lunch. Great quality, genuine Apple battery at 100%, have also used the shop to replace an Iphone screen too.

They do quality work, I took my PC in for a new case and a good clean and it was done very well. keep in mind you are paying a fair bit extra for the freedom of not doing it yourself and its a perfectly ok option.

!!UPDATE!!! the only thing ive noticed since testing my steam deck after getting it back is that the bluetooth keeps cutting off and restarting and its driving me crazy so i dont use it now.!!
after i spilled tea over my steam deck causing liquid damage deeming it useless i took it into Tecnikk to see if they could fix it for me and i must admit i was a little apprehensive but they delivered, they did such an amazing job i would highly recommend, the people leaving negative comments because of the prices you need to remember you're paying for their skill and experience that they have gained over lots of years plus i thought the price was fair. great staff. i would highly recommend.

Came in late one night with a none booting pc. Next day got in contact about how to go forward giving me lots of options. Once I?d come to a decision on what I wanted, they then worked with me to get the right parts sorted for the pc whilst keeping it in my price range. Great service.

had them build a custom pc with what I wanted all it did was continue to crash when I tried to play games i was very confused because i always keep up with updates so it wasn't that so i brought it in and asked them to take a look a day and a half later they say its fixed and charged me £260 for a cpu overheating the fans weren't on a good speed which is funny since they were the ones whop built it and once i took it home it continued to crash so i have had to resort to taking it somewhere else who wont try and scam me out of £260 for their mistake

Went in and asked to get my screen repaired, thought I?d have to come back next day, 20 minutes later rings up and says he?s not only done the screen, he?s cleaned the inside, fixed the port, and fixed the screen glitch issues for a bargain I?d pay it again anyday if I have the same issues, come here if you want someone to care about your phone not just make a buck

Had multiple repairs done in here in the past, the staff are both professional and kind to those who come into the shop. Personally I cant work out why all these negative reviews are here as I never have experienced any problems going into this shop. It sounds like people are having a hissy fit over minor issues if that at all and care to leave a negative review before solving anything out with them itself. I recommend this service 5 stars for their great customer service and fast repairs not only the fact they know exactly what?s wrong with broken machines and the job is done very professionally ?????? Thought they would be able to rip off a chap with LD, they thought lived independently.Gave him a receipt for 150 plus VAT (no breakdown of costs etc,just the round sum of £150) for a minor repair. I stood behind the chap one day, they were unaware I was with him.They were rude and bypassed him to speak to me till I introduced myself.The following week my colleague attended and picked up the goods and didn't have a penny to pay, funny that. Shameless rip off merchants
