Really poor experience of donating - staff are incredibly rude and never say thank you. They always act burdened to receive a donation.
We've also tried using their Box Move service - also very poor service. Very picky and waste your time (wouldn't take our solid wood dining table because it didn't have chairs to go with it, despite booking the collection to begin with!).
Other charity shops in Macc way better and way nicer, deffo donate to them instead!

Horrible experience rude call, called to discuss about collecting a furniture from there. Was told that it is not economically feasible for the charity since apparently it costs 25£ for transport and he was not able to sell the work table i was donating for that amount. Kept cutting me off told him he was being very rude. I am very surprised why he is working at a charity if he is being so impatient and rude..

Terrible experience donating to this charity. After consultation in advance of donating furniture, they arrive on the day only to take the items they wanted and left the others, claiming they?re ?too big? despite having already seen photos and knowing their size. If I were you, I?d find a more grateful charity to donate to!

Phoned to check RE donations today, spoke to a friendly male member of staff, explained what was bringing and verbally accepted. Arrived at the branch about half an hour later to have a female member of staff who I found quite abrasive tell me not accepting an item. I explained about the phone call half hour earlier but she still rejected it. Took it over to Windyway Trust instead who gladly accepted.

Very disappointed. I spend lots of time in charity shops. This was very over priced for poor quality goods. I doubt I will return.

Rude employee (female middle aged) shouting and barking orders at customers across the car park while smoking a cigarette. You?d think a bit of customer service would be provided given I was donating to charity. I won?t be donating there from now on which is a shame for those they support.
