Hi I hope you are doing well.
My name is David and I live in Macclesfield for 10 years. I went to shell broken cross on 8th May 2025 for the collection of one of my delivery parcel from Amazon locker which is at Shell broken cross. When i reached there for the collection of my parcel, I saw some people were washing there vehicles in front of Amazon locker and blocked the way of locker. I came back home after this. But unfortunately when I went back after 1 hour they were still washing there vehicles and way was blocked. I normally use this station for fuel and I didn't see any jet wash there. But that day, something was insane and new to me. Is this washing facility available for all customers? If it's not for the customers then this thing is very rude n not acceptable. Could you please resolve this issue so that in future it will not waste anyone's time. Thank you

The shop is always very clean each time I visit and the customer service staff Abdullah is very pleasant and very approachable. He is always ready to help and that's why I always like to go for shopping there.
