If I cud give less I would used there car wash and wow what a shocking job! No soap or nothing and scratched all my boot and bumper really bad! Going to report to shell its self

While a convenient place to get fuel, the same can't be said about the automatic car wash. Went earlier in the year in early February to be told it wasn't working.
Fine. Left it at that thinking they would actually fix it. Come back again today (05/05/2025) and then asked about the automatic car wash. Same thing - it's not working.
I had thought that in the amount of time between February and May they would have it gotten it working.
Disappointing really.

Offers promotion on car wash. Doesn't have the accessories to actually do the promotion! Went for my free 4th carwash and as my card that they stamp ( the ones they didn't have) didn't have the first stamp...again because they didn't have the cards meant for the job. I kept my receipt as advised. I was told that I had forgotten my card and I was a lie! Infront of a growing que behind me. Humiliated, called a lie and no free 4th wash! Contacted shell and owners of this site. There not arsed!

NECER USE THIS PETROL STATION **Disgusting service. Put 15.07in diesel, the £5 note had a half inch tear to the side, it was legal tender. But the worker decided to start shouting and saying not accepting the note. I told him it's legal tender , paid £15.20 amd left with him shouting obscenities.

Great if when buying something for my sick mum to cheer her up then the store guys RUDE walks over to the shelve and removes the sticker so bumps the price up ill never go to that station again DISGUSTING mums having life-changing operation I thought get her somthing nice.

I've bought ticket for car wash which should include active foam and wax..... and receive just water and brushing. Staff do not care saying they do not know how it works. Manager is not there all day.

Your self service car wash and hover are not very good. Especially the hover there is no suction.

Decent shop & there is both an automatic car wash which belongs to Shell & an independent car wash company Lyme Green Car Wash that wash your car by hand on site.

Clean and tidy only let down but the machines constantly rolling over to an extra penny. They were warned before but it seems to be a lot more frequent now

It's a petrol station, shops got a decent selection of ice creams if it's a nice day
