Found the branch manager very unhelpful while I was trying to get the mobile banking app on my new phone. Just fobbed me off to phone digital banking which I have already done. Going to have to move banks now, can't do without mobile banking. Rest of the staff seem nice

Been in now to macc branch a few times now and on the most part it?s been brilliant. a person called jordan dealt with me most of the times i?ve been in and they were such a great help and so friendly :)

Times not updated on website wasted journey and closed but says open online. ATM not letting deposit cheques worst experience ever. 20 minute drive to deposit a cheque and couldn?t.

Bank Is ace staff are fantastic but the Paying in machine outside the bank is rubbish, it never recognises cheques that I pay In ,The machine needs a software update or something similar
