Very helpful and friendly staff my experience here was like no other, when I went to the bakery section one of the staff refused to leave me go unless she figure out what I really need, same in the cheese section and the meet section

Skeleton crew staff on the shop floor, mainly self checkout now, stopped doing in house pizza, and takes a long time to get out of there carpark. Not doing weekly shopping there anymore.

A perfectly good shop but someone has decided that the layout needed to be changed so several aisles have had all the stock rearranged - this is very frustrating and means I have to spend extra time just to find things. I don?t go to a supermarket to browse, I want to go in get what I need and leave as quickly as possible.
Someone in a suit with a clipboard needs to think of something better to do with their time!

Shelves always empty. Rarely staff on checkouts in evenings

The staff are still cleaning trolley handles before you enter the store and it wasn't overly busy. The till area is well screened including the self service area.
All COVID precautions have obviously finished due to the time that has elapsed since my first review.
The store is still very clean, has plenty of stock and the staff are friendly and helpful

Large queues at the checkouts but some tills closed, any spare staff seem to be occupied at the self service checkouts which seem to cause nothing but trouble. Very expensive! No mushy peas!
