Echoing similar sentiments, i would avoid at all costs. Currently ongoing issues trying to claim a deceased family members policy and the company are willing to put me through hell, changing the goal posts, to do anything to avoid fulfilling the policy. I've been shown no empathy or sympathy, dealt with in a very smug and robotic manner. It's been dragging out for so long, at such a difficult time, and every time i do as they ask, they need something else. I really believe they are simply wanting me to give up by putting me through worse and worse situations until i can take no more. The information they "require" is getting more and more specific and personal each time they request more, it is like i am living through my relatives illness and death all over again. Please don't put your family through what I'm going through and use an alternative provider.
