The staff here are so helpful. In particular the pharmacist who has provided valuable medical advice for us on numerous occasions whilst we wait for primary care appointments and phone lines to become available. Our last case of this, he went above and beyond to secure a GP appointment for my sick minor within a couple of hours, as he could see we?re were stuck without support (caught in an unfortunate but frustrating system glitch: GP appointments weren?t available and 111 couldn?t help with an appointment until it was officially ?out of hours?, and we didn?t see it necessary to take up emergency services time). So grateful for this.

Ordered an online prescription from my doctors in Yorkshire. Waited a few days and received it no problem? I always wait a few extra days just to make sure. Shop was clean and the staff were efficient and friendly.

The lady dispenser is lovely, the pharmacists talk to her like rubbish and put her down. They are arrogant and rude with no people skills. If there was another pharmacy in Bollington I would definitely be going there! The pharmacy is not a welcoming environment!!!

I can?t praise the lady on the front counter enough. She provides excellent customer service, is calm, friendly and efficient. She has fantastic knowledge and has advised me of new schemes saving me money on my repeat prescription, even going the extra mile to help me find the correct App to activate. She is a credit to Rowlands.

Rude, poorly-educated and lack of moral compass for pharmacist.Farshad Moghisi,Prioritises laziness and lack of effort over helping patients. Unwilling to supply medicine they have in stock whilst patient running out of meds (that can result in arrhythmias and cardiac problems if not taken) against a prescription. Patient faces possible health risks - and could not give sound, logical explanation why he couldn't provide the medicine.Could not provide emergency supply at request as legally advised either, despite travelling away at weekend and within 2 hours of closing time - again no logical response for no supply, and so am currently not taking medication for the foreseeable future. Hopefully no symptoms develop and no legal action will be required.

Absolutely great I'm 4 hrs from home and forgot to actually pack my smellies but more importantly all my diabetic drugs which are about 16 different things . Liaising with my doctors pharmacy and Rowlands they couldn't have been more helpful especially at 5 pm on a Friday night inc staying late. Thanks again guys

Iv never had so much trouble getting a medication, iv now given up trying to get it. I will definitely be changing my nominated pharmacy.

Polite, helpful, and knowledgeable staff who deal very well with the high demands and stress of their jobs. Also has a wide range of items in stock which are very helpful and well organised. It functions much better than other pharmacies I've seen! I'll definitely never go anywhere else :)

Worst chemist shop I have ever been in. Customer service is shocking , staff are rude and prescriptions are outsourced meaning a lengthy wait ie up to 10 days after ordering
