Been staying at other hotel, you know who. There your just a number,
Here you're welcomed with a smile ?.
Room was spotless , bed was soooooooooooo comfortable,.
Breakfast was very nice, staff were pleasant and professional.
Definitely received staying here and will stay again.

The Premier Inn hotel is located very close to a large Pharma company which makes it ideal for visiting workers. It is not very close to the center of Macclesfield unfortunately, and it can be tricky to get a taxi or public transport.
The rooms are pretty good, and the beds are very nice (as advertised).
The bar/restaurant located in the building attached to it is handy, everything is here for a relaxing stay.

I?ve been staying in Premier Inns for years on business and this one for many years too, I think Whitbread are going down hill ! 1st night
I asked for room to be serviced , it didn?t happen 2nd night asked for it to be serviced, it was but no clean towels wet ones folded and hung back up ,so when I arrived back this evening there still wet ! Now I?ve had to hang them up in the bathroom like a Chinese laundry ! To have a dry towel in the morning.
Rooms: Going down hill getting tired !

This was our first stay at Macclesfield North Premier Inn and we were pleasantly surprised.
On arrival there was someone at the reception desk, we've had to self check in at the machines at other Premier Inn's.
There was plenty of tea, coffee etc at reception and a bottle of squash with glasses and water.
Our body wash/shampoo was empty and the receptionist was very helpful in trying to find us something that we could use.
I would definitely come back to Macclesfield North Premier Inn next time we come up to the Peak District.

I stayed here last week and the welcome I got off jenny was really friendly and welcoming you were made to feel very welcome and the room was spotless thanks to Andrew and rest of housekeeping team I would recommend premier inn north macclesfield to anyone.Rooms: Clean and tidy and if you stay more than days they would refresh your room two daysFood & drinks: the food was good and a decent price the staff couldn't do enough for you

Staying away for a night or two pretty easy and no worries. My stay on this occasion was all week at the Macclesfield North Premier Inn and couldn't have felt any more at ease. Mike and his team at check in amazing. Jenny, Georgia and Emily all remembered my name which was a nice personal touch. The two gents on the night shift always on hand and although silly o'clock both always smiling. Service amazing, rooms clean and all round comfortable stay.

Stayed here for one night to break up a longer journey. Basically the room was exactly what you'd expect a Premier inn room to look like. Decent location too.

Room very cold on arrival the place needs refurbishment, stains on walls ceiling and headboard, carpet very dirty, and window frames had black mould around the framework, a smell of dampness in room,the colour scheme needs changing very depressing and dark. The evening meal we had in the beefeater that evening was not very nice, very slap dash surly waiter, never even gave us time to sit down before wanting to know what we wanted to drink, after eating they couldn't wait to be rid of you, brought the bill without us requesting it. We paid for full English breakfast as we were flying that lunchtime only to be told they had no Chef, and there would be no cooked breakfast. Still waiting for full refund as we did not want the continental breakfast.
