If you see the postbox, you're in the right area, pull up, ring the doorbell and head inside. (1 at a time currently).”

“Truly exceptional personal service. There was a problem with the auction lot MB collected for me and they really went the extra mile to help. Once everything was in order they immediately dispatched the goods which then arrived very safely packaged the next day. “Great little post office. Easy parking outside and very friendly. Very handy if you need to send something and you haven't got the envelope or bag for it yet. You can pay all at the same time. Some post offices ask you to pay for the envelope in the shop and then come back which can be a faff. These guys do the transaction all at the same time. :)”

“This Post Office provides an excellent service by a pleasant, knowledgeable staff, who are always helpful. The one-in, one-out queueing system is a great advantage. I regularly go to this Post Office and am amazed at the aggression and rudeness of some stupid customers - a sad reflection of the times in which we live.”

“The team are always willing to go the extra mile and the centre has a decent waiting area out of the Macclesfield rain, when waiting for your parcels. The team are usually quite fast in dealing with the customers.”

“Staff are always friendly and helpful. They do their best with what they have. Yes, there's a queue a lot of the time but it usually moves quite quickly. Every time I'm in the queue there are literally people who come and join the queue and are tutting and complaining after 2 mins. Just have a little patience and kindness.”
