Been here twice in the last 12 months and twice they've not had what I need. (I doubt this as the website says you do but if you don't want my business that's fine as the redirect was very helpful.)But at least both times I've been reminded that the best plumbing suppliers exist just up the road!

Absolutely amazing customer service ! Couldn't recommend higher! The lads couldn't do enough to help! They managed to find the part I required advised me on it unfortunately they didnt have it in stock but advised me where I could get it from! 5* service , thank you!

Connected to the Parts Centre next door. All parts are all well stocked and the staff are very very helpful for advice on the job or for helping find the right part for your specific job. Experienced tradesmen always on the counter always willing to help. Quite a large store with nearly everything you would require in store anyway. They can deliver in parts from their warehouse if something is not stocked or not instore.
