Popped in for lunch with my daughter and mum. Fairly busy. Great deals on this month. We had olives, classic pizzas and side salad. Lovely server ( didn't get her name, but fab black and white Vans!).
Vegetarian options: Vegan Giardiniera is really nice - and none of us are vegan!!

Visited Pizza Express, Macclesfield with my little sister who has additional needs. The staff here have always gone the extra mile to accommodate her needs such as allowing us to sit in quieter areas and by acknowledging her when ordering rather than going through myself or other family.
Tonight our waiter was Tats who did an excellent job!! friendly, smily, funny and absolutely on it with the service!! Big up Tats.

Ate here on a Sunday afternoon and it was great from the moment we entered, the host was lovely and the food was great.
Kid-friendliness: This is my 4yr olds favourite place to eat no matter where we are. The kids menu has a great variety of products and it's interactive with puzzles and colouring to do to keep them entertained throughout the meal.

Family friendly, great service and great food.Higherly recommended.
Vegetarian options: Fair amount of vegetarian dishes.
Dietary restrictions: There's a clear warning of food which might trigger an allergy reaction to people who have certain allergies.
Kid-friendliness: Loads of high chairs, colouring cards and room for kids to move around.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy and clear access to wheelchair and mobility scooter users.

We visited here as a family of 6 for our 3 year olds birthday meal. Upon arrival, the place was really quiet, and after reading some mixed reviews our initial thoughts were ?oh, have we made a mistake??We were quickly greeted and taken to our table. Our server Natalie was fantastic throughout. She could not do enough for us. The food and drinks were all served quickly and everything was delicious. The place soon livened up but we did not feel crowded or rushed.Natalie got wind that it was our daughter?s birthday, and added a candle to her brownie and sang Happy Birthday. This was such a lovely touch, and this will definitely be a birthday meal we all remember.Genuinely, I cannot think of a bad thing to say about this Pizza Express, and we will definitely be returning in the future.

Almost empty at 12.25, our waitress was new and we were patient and she did her job well, but time went on before we got drinks, dough balls were great, but my pizza was £16+, thin base, extra pepperoni and chilli, when it arrived it was burnt and very very thin, with the crispness of a poppadom, very salty, soggy chillies, we were a party pre booked for 4 adults 5 children, my order was not the only one to disappoint, our last visit was also disappointing but we gave it another try, sadly we don't recommend Pizza Express and we will not be going again. We have had better meals and pizza at wetherspoons, and before you judge we also eat at far better restaurant's

Took so long to even be acknowledged by staff let alone get seated that I had to give up. Appeared to be significantly understaffed on my visit.

It's a shame this branch looks a bit tired- paintwork on the disabled loo is all worn. Speed of food was weirdly slow. 35mins for starters? Could do with improving sadly especially compared to other local branches.
