Just want to say a big shout out to Meghan in the groomers, what a star she is. We have a pug who has always hated having her nails cut but seeing Meghan she wags her tail. Pugs know a nice person when they meet one.

I called in to the Macclesfield store on Sunday 16th for some advice as my teenage daughter was interested in keeping a pair of rats. We were helped by a lovely young lady called Eriska. She gave us some great advice and explained what we would need, explained how to best care for rats, pros and cons of keeping them etc. She was very helpful, without being at all pushy to sell us more than we needed. She knew her stuff, and we left with everything we needed to set up a cosy home for our future new arrivals. Eriska also interacted so well with my daughter who can be quite nervous talking to people she doesn't know, so much so my daughter sent me in with some chocolates for her as a thankyou for all her help. Eriska is a credit to your store.

Came in here whilst on holiday to resupply our puppies dog food. We couldn?t locate the exact one we had been using, so asked for help. We ended up receiving good knowledgeable information on the brand we were buying and the ingredients used and were recommended their own branded food which appeared to be better for our pup, but also better in value. We still purchased both to wean her off the other one, and since starting her on it, she has been eating each bowl full, whereas before she would go back to it throughout the day. Clearly shows she much prefers the new one! Great friendly service, would recommend shopping here if unsure what to get.
