Not impressed about having to leave Yodel parcels without receipts as proof of return!
Was told to take a picture of my parcels being returned as no receipts available.

Quite a nice medium sized shop quite well stocked but what really lets this shop down is how miserable staff are . There?s no hello , no Goodbye, no smiling at all I would rather walk the extra 15 minutes and go to co-op at least you get Some manners there .

Tried ordering through just eat waited over an hour for some drinks so rang to be told they don?t even stock them anymore and there?s nothing they can do. Absolute joke and the shift manager was rude didn?t want to help

Avoid if possible! Staff are extremely rude and unwelcoming. They are too busy stacking shelves to come and serve the desk even when they know you are waiting to be served... bizzare. I attempted to post a Yodel parcel yesterday but was told they were 'full' and turned away. The lady who served me showed no apology and didn't suggest a time or day I came back. Just don't bother visiting!

This place gets worse every time i go in. The evri label machine is never working or if it is the staff cant get their devices live to actually send the parcel off. Today the machine was broken again, the shop floor was unattended, myself and another customer with a full basket walked out. Shocking service from staff as always, will not be returning again after today.

Regularly over charged. Marked prices often higher than labeled. Some of staff are rude. poor customer service. Won't be using again

Rude, gormless staff (apart from the younger guys who are unfailingly polite and professional). Only a last resort or to return a parcel, although the machine is out of action a lot of the time.

Went with my evri parcel - scanned my item but the printer had run out of labels - told a male assistant who was packing shelves - " just have to bear with me mate ". I turned away a couple of evri customers and I finally gave up after 10 mins - very hard to recommend for evri

I'm only giving this place 2 out of five because they do try with some of staff are great, but some are awful. If i can avoid i will, which is trust me i will.
