Went to the store for a parcel but didn't have a message to say it had arrived the lady who was processing order asked me to see the staff on the till due to no order details and they got my order annd processd it to save me the round trip of 22 Miley Tha m you so much

I have just been into next for a parcel pick up and their systems were down, because of this it was tricky for me to get my parcel but the staff went above and beyond to find it for me which I greatly appreciate as I needed the package. Thankyou ?
