Have to say the service here as declined over the last 12 months , took my car today for full valet inside and out , car still had bird muck on outside after wash and they didnt hoover inside very well either had to rewash and hoover myself .Cost of valet £34 you would expect it to be immaculate .Been a customer here for last 3years but wont be returning

Avoid. Used to be fine but whatever they put on the car will not come off the plastic/chrome. It's been a week and I've tried everything.

Amazing wash!Went today as it?s was needed and the shine it had coming out! Would absolutely recommend monks heath shines! I?ll reiterate an earlier customers review that the wash was that poor I had to do it again myself.Unfortunately for the cost of £35 all I have gained is swirls throughout my paintwork. The wash method used here means essentially they spread the dirt and grit from lower parts of the vehicle leaving swirl marks in the clear coat. I?ve just seen reviews saying ?fast? like that?s a good thing!Add to this the interior wash was poor, wheels and bodywork had areas still dirty, no door shuts wiped and all my glass has greasy smear marks I think you can tell I won?t be returning and wished I?d braced the cold to do it at home myself.I mistakenly presumed from the price and the other valuable cars using the place it would be top notch, this isn?t the case. And before you reply asking me to come back, no thank you.Service: Auto detailing

Very poor attempt at washing my car. To the point that when I got home and realised how dirty it still was I did it again myself.Very rushed with next to no effort from all the staff hence resulting in my car still being dirty.End of the day you pay for a service you expect the service to be of good quality which unfortunately wasn't the case.I certainly won't be using them again.

I bought a small 4 seater 2 door car. I took it straight here for a FULL valet as it was quite dirty. I went along and a young woman and I think they really took advantage of that. I paid £31 and all they did was wash down ONE seat, a poor attempt at hoovering all the handbrake cup holder etc was still full of crumbs and dirt they sprayed the outside of the car but it was still muddy at the bottom and near the wheels. They put back my mats in my car soaking wet and all my peddles were wet too dripping wet so I had to dry it all myself as it would have been unsafe to drive. It was a really lazy half arsed job considering there was 4-5 men working on it at the same time you?d think they?d at least Hoover down the centre of the car or wash more than one seat. I am disgusted they charged me £31 it was a £5 job at best and that is being generous. If you want somewhere local go to auto den in Knutsford you pay £35 but save on the petrol and it looks like a brand new car every inch is immaculate. I am so disappointed I will never ever go back and I hope this review makes you think twice before going back again to these robbers.Services: Polishing
