Categorically do not use this Mercedes Dealership if you want ownership of updates on YOUR car. Carried out NOX update without my knowledge. I recognise they don?t need my consent but common courtesy dictates they run it by you and ask you if you want it doing just like other dealerships have been known to do. I only found out when noticing changed characteristics of the car after picking up. I remained in the showroom for my airbag update - they could have walked out the door and asked me.

I have bought cars here over the years and always returned because of the great deals . Our sales man Alex was amazing kind and always helpful extremely patient and available for any questions . I cannot recommend him or Mercedes Macclesfield enough. Friendly personal service thanks again for a great car!

Worst experience of buying a used and approved car. From the handover, ongoing issues and not filling in your details correctly for service plans etc.I have never experienced such poor after care service. They are happy to take your money for looking at issues and supposedly fixing them for the issues to arise again. I will never use LSH again.

I?ve been using this garage for over 5 years now unfortunately as it?s my closest dealership. Consistently poor service from the servicing team. It seems that the minute you walk out the door you go straight the bottom of their list of priorities.

Easily the worst experience I?ve ever had dealing with a garage, which is nothing more than a glorified racket. Barrel broke on van door so took it in for this problem, was told I?d have to have a vehicle health check so they could tell me the barrel was broken for £130 which I agreed to and the earliest they could carry this out was 3 weeks away. they then rung to say good news they?d found the issue and my key was out of battery, I told them this isn?t what I brought it in for and the barrel of the door needs changing. They rung back after an hour to let me know I was correct and the barrel was indeed broken (quite obvious as the lock wouldn?t go up or down with the key in the door) Went to collect the following day as it had taken so long and was told incredibly rudely by Zaki that I?d require over £1000 of work in order to pass its mot, (the vehicle had its mot last week and none of the points even came up as advisories) went out to the van to find the passenger window had been left down overnight and everything was wet through. Came back in to tell her the situation where she couldn?t have cared less and was to be honest the rudest staff member I?ve ever come across in a sales environment. Was told it would take 2-3 weeks for the parts to arrive, finally started chasing after 6 weeks to be passed from pillar to post on a phone ( all numbers seem to go to Stockport first who then pass this through to Macclesfield who if the don?t answer you?re back to square one) in the amount of time it took me to get through to the branch I could?ve drove from Buxton to the branch and back. Was then told the part had arrived before Christmas. This is now the middle of January, took the van in on Friday to be told the barrel they had ordered was wrong and the earliest they could get one would be Monday and it would be ready by 12. Finally got told on the Monday it would be ready at half past 2, so all in all it?s taken 3 months to get a barrel of a van changed and literally the worst customer experience I?ve ever experienced in my life, avoid them like the plague.

First ever dealership I visited since coming to the UK. I must say I am throughly impressed by them. Alex has been the most patient, thoughtful and honest salesman I have met. Really catering to your personal needs, they go out of their way to fulfil your requirements. They keep you engaged throughout the process and everything is quite transparent. I bought my first car from Mercedes-Benz of Macclesfield and I know I will be coming back to them again in the future. Great job Alex and a thank you to the manager Gareth as well.

The best serviced ive experienced in a long time. Haylay was great, amongst all the other smiling faces i seen each time ( and not the kind that makes you feel like they just want your money, it felt genuine). From the moment she took on the service i was recieving she was helpful, polite, explained the processes they need to follow which i totally understood there point of view. She went the extra step in helping my situation. Mostly made me feel human by the simple things such as remembering who i was each time i went in and being upfront and open with updates on the car.P.s. coffee was lovely, and even the coffee had a smiley face on it too! ?Thankyou to everyone, please especially pass my thanks to hayley.

My recent experience completely changes my perspective on maintaining a FMSH.I took my car for an MOT and minor repair. Received the car with heavily misaligned wheels and steering wheel 45 degrees off centre. After my first call, I was ignored which seems to be a common issue in the reviews.Attention to detail is incredibly poor and to top it off, they lost my service book with the service history in!
