Took my car for its service and dropped it off. They phoned me and stated that there was a broken coil spring, which needed replacing, but they had one in stock and could fix in the allocated time for the service and quoted a fair price on the phone.A week later I had a clunking noise, car promptly booked back in and noise was found to be a loose bolt from the previous repair, informed very quickly of this and sorted free of charge.Honest transparent garage, I'm a customer for life

All works I've had completed have been perfect and MOTs have been carried out without fuss or needless advisories being added to the sheet.
