It's literally, physically a very small pharmacy. I think they are grossly understaffed for the large community they serve. They'd need an extension on the building to be more efficient. Since my last review I guess they have changed the staff who now have a very casual attitude to service, my doctor sent a prescription for 3 small items 36 hours before ie 11.30am thur and I went to pick them up and when they eventually found the aforementioned prescription I was told it would be ready in 10-15 minutes... read full comment

Thank you London road for yesterday, GP sent urgent prescription through around 4.15, phoned at 4.45, told would be ready to collect in a few minutes, collected my daughter's antibiotics by 5.15. Fantastic service.
