Joined online last week. Had my first week in the gym, really happy. Staff are super friendly and very helpful. The gym has a nice vibe as well, everybody is there to workout and crack on. The one thing that is missing which would make it a 100/10 is a smith?s machine. A very popular piece of gym equipment! Please swap one of your barbell/squat rack?s for one of these. I find and I?m sure others do that it helps greatly with form, posture and technique.

Jason runs a very motivational class with very physical wellbeing at its core. Instructions and demonstrations are very clear; friendly and engaging atmosphere with everyone welcome. Look forward to the classes in the new year.

Love this gym, even more so since the refurb. Amazing, friendly staff, The new treadmills aren't great though as there is only a button to speed up or down and not a lever at the sides like most treadmill so I feel more vulnerable.
