My daughter had two tyres replaced in Greenwich, London, but one tyre was losing air pressure. She came home, ,and I popped in here - they sorted the issue, did a drop test on the battery (Which I asked for), and didn't charge.
Shout out to Tom who did it, and the larger fellow who booked it in. All very helpful and well received. We will use your garage for us up north going forward.

I had an 11am appointment. Was told short staffed and to come back later. Returned at 12. Car was on ramp until 1. Was given key back. Tyre gunk all over wheels. Got home to clean off. Noticed significant damage to underside that wasn?t there before. Returned to KF. They denied the damage. Rang customer services and sent photo. Area Manager rang me. Was polite and sympathetic. Agreed to return to KF at set time but would send email to confirm appointment with area manager. No email. Had car inspected by third party garage. Confirmed damage could only have been caused by careless jacking, falling off jack. Damage to corner of battery casing, silk and undertray.

Although it was very busy the staff were very helpful throughout and fitted my new tyres at a competitive price.. I would use Kwik Fit Macclesfield again ??

We had excellent service for an urgent tyre replacement from Jordan at Macclesfield Kwik Fit. Very helpful, knowledgeable and personable. The price was also competitive. Would recommend.

I was so thankful to Kwik fit last night when I arrived in Macclesfield and had a flat tyre. They weren't able to put a new tyre on so close to closing but very kindly popped my spare on so I could get home. Thanks so much especially on a boiling hot day when you just wanted to head home!!

My daughter used this depot today for exhaust repairs.They were extremely helpful and pointed out two tyres were in poor condition. The tyres were replaced at a competitive price, using their price match offer. They promptly carried out the work and were friendly in doing so.The car was soon back on the road and safe again. The team at Macclesfield went the extra mile and made a customer very happy.Well done guys.

Not happy. I had booked in for two front tyres to be fitted with a tracking check. I ended up having to come away with no tyres fitted to call back later that day and have one fitted and one put on my spare wheel as they refused to remove a wheel. They allowed me to drive away twice with dangerous tyres and never carried out the tracking.
The completed form by kwikfit lied about the work they had carried out and gave a false report.
An update on this review.
I read the owners comment and followed the instructions given below. No response. No follow up. Nothing. Shoddy work and even worse customer service.

I called around 3 tyre fitters this morning with a lease vehicle. Two of the garages seemed hassled and couldn?t really be bothered, however Jordan at Kwikfit made a simple phone call whilst there and with the tyres in stock completed the whole thing in a couple of hours - perfect! Service for me is as important as price and trust me in Macclesfield Jordan and Kwikfit is the place ????
