This is ridiculous, they dont know what they are doing, when you ask for viewing, they dont reply the email and the phone calls, they dont carr the clients at all, this is rude!!! Unprofessional and rude!!!!!

I contacted Hallams in June as i was interested in a property they are managing. The representative who i have been dealing with is extremely unhelpful and unresponsive, never returns my calls or emails and i have to do all the chasing. It seems a very unprofessional set up.I have left a number of messages and asked them to respond even if the property is no longer available or the owners are no longer interested in agreeing a lease. To date I am still waiting for a response, its been over 3 weeks since i last heard from them. I will now start to look for other properties with other agents. Such poor customer service! I would strongly recommend using a different agent if you re an owner of a property of client wanting to lease.
