I visited Greggs during peak hours today and was dismayed to find only one staff member handling a significant queue. While I understand staffing challenges, this level of service was disappointing, resulting in a considerable wait time and ultimately leaving without purchasing anything. I urge Greggs to consider better staffing strategies during busy periods to ensure a smoother customer experience and avoid revenue loss.
