We can not recommend highly enough factory carpets and beds. Their prices and customer service are amazing. This was a return visit to buy vinyl for our bathroom. Martin helped us and we saved a fortune. We have purchased carpets and beds from here before and have always been completely satisfied. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you from Tim and Louise.

Fantastic service by Martin and the team from start to finish. Martin understood our needs and made great suggestions. The fitting was carried out expertly and the fitter made sure I was happy with the work before he left. I shall definitely return for more carpets in the future and wouldnt hesitate to recommend.

I can't honestly praise these guys enough. The whole process from start to finish was top quality and we couldn't be happier with both the service we received and the carpet we have had installed.When visiting their showroom we were greeted with a smile and genuine interest in us as a customer taking into account our budget with the large room we had to carpet helping us choose the perfect one for the playroom / 2nd lounge. Understood the needs we had with a baby, showing us specific ones based on soft feel but still firm enough for the little one to learn to roll over sit up etc.After being disappointed by our local carpet shop in Buxton, they saved us nearly £200 on other quotes received and got us booked into be fitted within two weeks.Now onto the fitting service, incredibly efficient, top quality workmanship, friendly and knowledgeable. The room looks fantastic, exactly what we wanted and the carpet is even better than we remembered so happy customers!With many more rooms in the house still need doing they have 100% secured our repeat business and we will recommend to anyone to use Factory Carpet & Beds.Look forward to choosing more carpets from you.Richard and Jade

I had a great experience with Factory Carpets & beds. I called in about a mattress, and they had it in stock. They even stayed open late so I could collect it. The price was great, and they didn't try to push me into buying a more expensive mattress. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new mattress. I will also be getting a price for our carpets from them when we are ready.Here are some of the specific things I liked about my experience:* The staff was friendly and helpful.* They had a wide variety of mattresses to choose from.* The price was very reasonable.* They were willing to work with me to find the perfect mattress for my needs.I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new mattress.

I have used factory carpets and beds at three properties, each time Martin/Dan have been extremely helpful in navigating the best options with no pressure or rush at all. I would not got back to one of the 'branded' stores.The fitters are also great, turn up on-time and do a great job and tidy up afterwards.

Nice pair of chaps offering a good variety of carpets and beds. Very good advice given when choosing carpet for our home, and at a good price.
