“I'm not sure of any other way for what I have to say to be read by the Management of the Macc store as the "Contact Us" on the website is very generic and FB page is full of.... well, insert your adjective here, but it's not good.Came into the store today on a whim with my 8 year old. We were looking for games to play together. And to be honest, if I said "No, we're not playing Call Of Duty" one more time my head would almost certainly explode.Had a good chat with Steve who recommended a few titles to appropriately introduce my son to FPS, but more importantly something we could play together and I could monitor as needed.The time he made for me was excellent, I didn't once feel patronised by asking what may be considered by some as dumb questions, and his overall manner was excellent.He's a credit to your store! I really needed to say this as there's so much criticism and not enough praise today!Ps. Between him and I, I hope he remembers the name of that game as I'm sure it'll bug him for a while haha.”
