Wonderful service throughout the process of my search for a property and I have that much confidence with the company that I am applying for my mortgage through them too, special mention to Charlotte Daniels who was so helpful throughout the process of looking for properties and she helped me find exactly what I was looking for and was always so happy to help with any issues I had. I will genuinely miss speaking to her on a daily basis.

I used Edward Mellor for the sale of my house and cannot fault the service I received.From the start my agent came round and evaluated the house and explained everything about the selling process which resulted in him taking pictures and videos few days after.The advertisement for my house looked fantastic and included a virtual tour which I think was the reason my house sold in just over a week!.All throughout the sale I received updates with great communication on how things were progressing and even through these awkward and trying times of the pandemic everything went so well.I dont usually do reviews but wanted to give people a genuine insite into the service I received.Hats off to the staff at Edward Mellor and keep up the great work.

Awful. Speaking to them regarding my sale so stressful - when I did speak to them.Never kept me updated, I had to chase constantly. I probably had a handful of calls off them in the space of the nearly 6 month process with updates. I even challenged them about the fact I was paying them to 'to progress the sale of your property in a swift and hassle-free manner' as stated on their website - I was told that 'actually, you pay us to sell your property which is what we have done, you need to speak to your Solicitor's for progress'I found out myself that exchange was imminent through my Solicitor through my constant chasing, and then I got a call a week later from Edward Mellor to say that exchange was happening, which I obviously already knew.The morning we completed, it was all communicated via my Solicitor and agent I was buying a house off. I then got a call a few hours after completion had happened to say I had completed(!!) - again I already knew this as I was in the process of collecting keys for my new house. They were quick enough to put their invoice into my Solicitor though....Surprise! I would not recommend at all.

Olivia and Steph have been amazing with the sale of my property in Macclesfield. Even in the pandemic they have worked so professionally I couldn?t recommend them enough , I will be using Edward Mellor again . Thank you for all your hard work Ella and Liam
