Went in to look at tiles. Found ones we wanted and asked if they were in stock, told yes when actually not in stock in the shop and would take a week to arrive.Rang the day before delivery to confirm everything, was assured they would arrive. Turns out the driver "forgot to put them in the van", so I'm having to wait another...

Frist trial order delivered with one piece unusable; manufacturing defect. Forced to pay for a replacement unit whilst waiting for a decision on whether they agreed it was unusable! Weeks later still waiting for a credit. Steer clear - the bitter taste of poor quality lingers long after the sweet smell of low price is forgotten.
