Top tier branch. The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly and service is always top notch. Most importantly, they can make a good coffee (not all branches can.) There's even a small library of books to read while you're having a drink and a bite. Even more, this branch is almost a community hub, with regulars who come to socialise and are welcomed. Apart from the mini library (dedicated to a regular who passed away) there are details of local events and activities.
This branch is near where I have my car serviced and it sound sad, but I actually look forward to kicking back here for a bit while car is fettled!

Parking: Tons of space in the Tesco car park

Clean, nice service. Cool idea with the books, love that kind of thing. Quiet relatively, but don't like coffee in Costa much.

Very nice and helpful staff! They always keep the place clean and the food is very well displayed despite being understaffed. A lovely place to stop off after a shop around tesco or for a nice afternoon!

The Costa inside Tesco (not to be confused with the new drive thru store near by) is a great place to relax with a coffee and a book. There are some tasty vegan/veggie options available in the new January campaign and a good choice of alternative milks! The staff are always friendly and helpful, and I usually see the same customers in the cafe regularly. It has been turned around in the last year, and may the good work continue

First visit here, it took about 15 minutes to get served, only 3 people in front of me. It's a nice new store that should be great, however it seems really understaffed, either that or poor training. Priority is given for the drive thru, leaving people waiting about indoors. 7 uncleared tables and two trays lying about didn't add to the experience.

They never have napkins out. Staff claim too many are used and this is management policy. Never heard such rubbish.

Such a poor Costa. Always queues and the staff can't seem to tell the time. I went for my coffee at 15.55 but they shut at 16.00. maybe it's the complexities of the 24 hour clock. It can be tricky.
