I'm not saying the staff aren't working hard but, It's got to be the worst breakfast I've EVER been served! And the worst coffee in Northern Europe!
And they got my Mrs order dead wrong, they get one star, because the cakes they serve are superb!

Fantastic place and really lovely staff. Made the disabled chap who I was supporting feel so welcome, wish more places were like this. Massive portions as well. ?

I stood waiting this morning for well over 6 minutes and no-one came to serve me I was waiting for to buy some pies but the staff was to busy in the cafe side talking to each other and complealy left the side pie shop unattended this was disgusting I tried to call someone by say excuse me but was ignored as the staff was to busy talking between them self's and there was very few in the cafe side this is bad for business you should always have at least one member of staff on the side counter and should never be left un a tended the staff should know this .staff updates and upgrades needs to be looked at fast I will never go there again get better service at the cafe in the inside market and fast service and better manners

Today I bought a cheese and onion slice and it was vile, I'm sure it was from Sunday it didn't taste fresh at all and the filling was like rubber it fell out of the pasry in a lump! Also when I cut it in half there was a big space at the top. Disgusting and not worth £2.10 went in the bin but should have taken it back really but wouldn't want another one from them anyway. They're lucky they have one star.

Its just pure greed. There's obviously no reinvestment because it's so grim inside. Amazed at how this place is still going. Its angin.

How is this place not embarrassed about selling food like this.. I bought a steak bake and got pastry with a tea spoon of some dark paste? Absolutely disgusting.

The worst sausage I have ever had. Everything was well over priced and food quality poor.Do yourselves a favour and if your that hungry there were some tastier looking pigeons feasting on the overflowing bins around the corner.
