Good selection. However parts of the shop are super filthy. Looks like hasn?t been cleaned in months! Around the checkouts it?s gross! Surprised the staff is ignoring this because it?s jumping into your eye every time you walk past it? absolute no go for a shop selling food.

I was in this store earlier and a gentleman was asking for assistance with an issue with a purchase he made. I witnessed the cashier then scream at this man in front of customers and actively encourage another customers involvement by insulting the man to the customer who in turn proceeded to also harangue the customer trying to resolve his issue with his reciept. I have never ever witnessed unprofessionalism like it and actually feared the cashier could compromise the mans personal safety. I saw schoolgirls laughing at the spectacle the cashier had caused and everybody in store was staring at the man who I never heard swear or become aggressive once. This was a disgusting display of "customer service" I will never ever set foot in this co op again and strongly advise the cashier to seek anger management therapy or retrain as how she dealt with a customer is the opposite to any customer service ethos I imagine Co-Op have in place. Avoid at all costs. I would have given zero stars if I could .

Customer service very poor. 11/05/22 morning coffee machine not working. It's massege shows aske help staff.(about 9.15 am) I aske help one of the Lady she said machine is not working at the moment. At least didn't say sorry.Definitely milk shoud be runout. She doesn't wont to fix it. It was very Quate the shop that time. I think she got headache with customers. Not going again

Great store and pleasant, helpful staff. Go there daily for newspapers but for the last two weeks they have stopped selling the Macc Express. One of the assistants said it all Coop stores. Will have to shop elsewhere on a Wednesday. Shame.
