We took 2 of our children to have their ears pierced today. My son has autism and found it difficult to have his second ear pierced following the first. It was fully his own choice but he became quite upset as he wanted both but couldn't manage both. The person who was working had the absolute patience of a saint and he eventually left with both ears pierced and was super happy with the outcome. It was a clean and professional service all the way through. We would definitely recommend and use again in the future. If this feedback gets back to the person who was working today thank you very much for your excellent services!

Disgusting, traumatic service we had today. One person running this shop and kept having to stop the ear piercing of my two year old to go and serve. Because my daughter couldn?t have the second ear pierced today she then had to take the first one out. So my two year old has been through the traumatic experience to know have to get both done again at a different shop. No sense in piercing an ear to then take it out after we offered to pay for all equipment used and earnings. Disgusting service. You should be ashamed.

My daughter had her ears pierced at claires macclesfield and they were brilliant! My daughter is 6. They put a tiara on her and gave her a Teddy to hold and made sure the hole positions were even and perfect.

My daughter, 13, has her ears pierced today. The assistant manager, who was the only person on duty (small branch), was so very helpful, kind and capable, she made the whole experience a pleasure. I would not hesitate to recommend this place for a well executed, professional procedure. Well done.
