Visited this store with a friend (1st Feb) to buy a Samsung Z Flip that I located on line. The staff member, Rachel was very helpful, obviously skilled and knowledgeable in this area. Excellent customer service from her, very patient and clear communicator, she went above and beyond for me to feel confident in my purchase. Is Rachel a manager? Rachel should be.

Got a great deal on Samsung 3 pro ear buds which were listed as grade 2 but looked brand new plus came with box and everything else, very happy with purchase and staff were helpful. Do shop around tho if selling stuff as I was offered £35 for a vector robot which i sold on Ebay for £180 after selling fees.

I recently bought a refurbished Macbook Air from the online store and my Apple ID wouldn't work. I was advised by an online agent to take it to a store, so went to Macclesfield. The staff member I spoke to was very polite and understanding, he went above and beyond to help and fixed the issue for me! I was worried I would have to return the laptop and wait for a replacement, so I was very pleased :)

Traded in a rare film today to this branch, was nothing but polite to the tall lad who served me, merely pointed out there's two separate versions of this said film (as per the cex app) and the lad would not listen to me, proper chip on his shoulder. Even tried saying to him "listen mate I'm not arguing with you I'm just going off cex prices and their app" he just said he didn't care. A little effort in the customer service department goes a long way when working in retail.. the staff here seem to love to refuse service or abuse what little power they have. A manager should be going to have a word with a few of the staff here In my opinion.

Beware, they tried to tell me my item is grade C because of the slightest marks. Went to another shop who laughed and said there was hardly a mark on it and it?s definitely a grade A

Ordered Scrooge online for Christmas & we chose the original with Alistair Simm , but we got the more modern 1984 version ! I would have moaned more but as it was only £2 I didn't bother , according to their online stock it was in stock when we ordered , very annoying !

I'm not sure of any other way for what I have to say to be read by the Management of the Macc store as the "Contact Us" on the website is very generic and FB page is full of.... well, insert your adjective here, but it's not good.Came into the store today on a whim with my 8 year old. We were looking for games to play together. And to be honest, if I said "No, we're not playing Call Of Duty" one more time my head would almost certainly explode.Had a good chat with Steve who recommended a few titles to appropriately introduce my son to FPS, but more importantly something we could play together and I could monitor as needed.The time he made for me was excellent, I didn't once feel patronised by asking what may be considered by some as dumb questions, and his overall manner was excellent.He's a credit to your store! I really needed to say this as there's so much criticism and not enough praise today!Ps. Between him and I, I hope he remembers the name of that game as I'm sure it'll bug him for a while haha.
