Sold my property via Bridgfords following a bad experience with another estate agent. The process has been a revelation in comparison. The team were always available to discuss and were prompt in any requests (such as viewings/ surveys etc). Particularly highlighting in my scenario was when the buyers solicitors had pushed back reviewing the case for completion for a week. Following Pauline?s (Bridgfords) efforts this promptly brought exchange and completion forward by a week. I feel without this conversation I would still be in limbo. Can?t fault the team at all.
