Fantastic service received tonight from boots pharmacist. Normally more organised and I don't leave things until the last minute. Wasn't a problem to the pharmacist and she sorted perscription for me no trouble at all. Thanks again for a great service.

After a bad accident ,the staff at the Pharmacy have been marvellous, sorting everything on my prescription. They are always so helpful and friendly the service is really good.Thankyou.

It?s OK, but as far as Boots stores go, this one is very understocked and doesn?t have certain popular items, ie Sol de Janerio ?

I always receive fantastic customer service at this store! Special shoutout to Ruth from the Estee Lauder counter who went above and beyond to help me and made sure I walked away feeling very looked after. Such a lovely and warm person.

Really good service from Lorraine and Lilly in the Macclesfield store. Had to find a few difficult items and they were helpful and friendly. Definitely a nice customer experience would recommend ???

Came in to use pharmacy, waited along with several other people before even getting served. Was then told pharmacist is ?upstairs? and will be about 10 minutes, gave up after 15 minutes of waiting. Just no concept of customer service.

I was in boots on Saturday 30/03/24 as I was walking down the steps I missed my footing and fell down the steps by chemist department. Not one member of staff came to me only a lovely couple who were getting served at the chemist department and a boots member of staff just continued checking the stock on the shelf.
I do have to say I worked in boots many years ago for 13 years and if that had happy then all staff including pharmacy staff would have been over to check the person was ok.
I ended up at A+E that night with outcome one badly bruised knee and twisted knee with tissue damage.
I am just disappointed that not one member of boots staff actually asked me if I was ok.

This chemist is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Always having to wait for ?script to be made up. ?The dispenser is upstairs? is the excuse time after time.
