Not really a Bargain shop anymore.Prices are the same or higher than other shops.

Overall, a good store. But like others, there are some drawbacks: it's hard to find a product without signs, narrow aisles, no consultants. Otherwise, everything is good.When purchasing discounted goods, it is advisable to check the receipt for the discount.Overall I liked the store.

It's B&M so what's not to love about that! I think something's are a bit dearer than the supermarket however you can get some good stuff for them also can have a good selection of beer and ciders

I feel somewhat agrieved at not being able to score lower than 1 star..Having purchased 2 large xmas pringle boxes i soon discovered they did not contain crisps but flavoured dust and crumbs.Whether produced like this or damaged by staff to re enact battle scenes with swords or sabres i know not.Upon re attending the store the manager said he would love to refund me but couldnt as head office wouldnt let him.I tried to argue they wernt really food products unless ingested nasaly,and the salt and vinegar burned my septum..
I tried the help line ,which really wansnt very helpful,they stated only the manager could make that decision, hmm the circle was complete.
I decided rarther than waste them i would give them to the needy, no joy there i was rebuffed as they were 'crap'
How had b and m sold them to me and now i couldnt give them away...
So just a big xmas thanks to the corporate machine it wasnt the financial renumerstion i seeked just a,replacement.Some times the principal of the issue is what counts.So if you have the choice please dont shop at B u M

I really enjoyed shopping at b&m for a long time, but recently I had a really bad experience when they charged me double for a small rug. When I asked them the reasons the old lady at the till became very snappy and called someone to help her with the refund. The other lady as well tried to prove me wrong until I asked them to scan the barcode on the actual carpet and not the label on it which was the wrong label. When they realised I was right they didn't even change their attitude. Still snappy and grumpy and treated me with disrespect. I felt like the last person on earth. Very bad experience. I promise myself never to step my foot inside again, nor my family. I will make sure of that
