Daryl , from the Macclesfield store was brilliant, he went out of his way to help us and we weren't easy to please! At one point he moved a super king mattress from one part of the store onto a slatted bed base so that we could get the real experience. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you ?

Having waited in for 3 days to attempt to receive my order 3 times I am losing patience. Two deliveries arrived faulty - one wet and the next stained. Then the wrong end was re delivered! How hard is it for a bed company to deliver a bed ? I am now struggling to get any compensation and the replacement part 4th time lucky and may need to resort to having the whole order removed. Avoid at all costs.

I have had a lot of issues with the delivery and the actual product, however, the instore service was amazing and Darryl was incredible throughout the process. Had it not been for Darryl - I would have cancelled the order.

Lovely experience from beginning to end, a lovely gentleman in the shop in Macclesfield , he didn't mither us, let us walk around and was very helpful. And the team that delivered and constructed the wardrobe were professional , quick and polite.
